This issue of The Journal presents another in the series of "debate the issues" articles authored by leaders in agricultural teacher education. The focus is on the location of teacher education programs in agricultural education: Should they be limited to land grant universities? The authors are Curtis R. Weston, University of Missouri-Columbia, and Joesph E. Sabol, California Polytechnic State University. The editor welcomes reactions from readers about this special feature. Suggestions for future debates will be welcomed.
